No this is not some game. This app is meant to stimulate actual surgeries. I am a high school student who wants to go pre med so if you find this "nasty" dont download it or become a doctor. The stimulations look real and the app quizzes you on each part of the surgery this app would be useful for those who are going premed or want to get a sense of whether or not they can handle seeing surgery.
